below are for UPS Ground service (3-5 business days for most
American and Canadian locations). If you require overnight
shipping, or International shipping rates,

For PRINTING: You will only
be charged when your order is confirmed by email and, proofs have been
approved by you.
For DESIGN: You will be charged after we confirm
the details of your design preferences by email, before work is
started.
